We have BIG news!

We have decided to expand Our family by adopting a baby boy or girl! After years of soaking up married life, it's time to pursue Gods gift of parenting. There is A LOT of paper work involved, but well worth it. In addition to lots of applications, the amount of money that is involved is overwhelming. We are embarking on this journey in a few ways. We have a partial sponsorship we are grateful to have been offered. In addition to the sponsorship and Our contribution, to complete the adoption we will need $5,000.

I will be keeping everyone posted on the progress of our fundraising!

    Happy Birthday to our beloved Isabel Elena!!!

    Hello ALL! How a year has flown by since our treasure has been born is beyond comprehension!!! 😭

    And what a joyful year it has been! 💖
    God is good !!!

    Isabel Elena is an absolute answer to our prayers . She is so much more wonderful than I could have dreamt she would be.

    She is so loving, happy and just such an absolute joy! She loves her dog tikka, along with her family and us so much.

    The weekend of July 19th We were very fortunate to celebrate Isabel Elena with our out of town family members. It absolutely was a weekend to remember!

    We have never fully understood the greatness of God till receiving Isabel into our arms.

    For that, we thank you for the gift of seeing His love first hand.

    To say I had a magical Mother’s Day weekend is an understatement. I am living what my dreams & prayers are made of. For that, I can not be more thankful for each of you.

    Friday May 9,2025 we had all of our Georgia family join us for Isabel Elena’s adoption hearing. Our attorney and his team has been nothing short of miracle workers. Thankfully , our judge was a delight.

    She walked out from behind the stand with a little lamb stuffed animal. Christ alone.

    God was all over that morning for us. He is our perfect shepherd. We are grateful for Him giving us Isabel, and choosing us to be her parents.

    I know I could have never make such a perfect little girl.

    We thank you guys so so much for walking along side us!

    We have a date!

    April 1, 2025

    Praise the Lord , we have an adoption hearing date! May 9th, 2025 at 9am, right on time for Mother’s Day weekend!

    This hearing is a formality. Our adoption papers were signed at the hospital when Isabel Elena was born, back in July.

    It’s simply making it officially OFFICIAL.

    We can’t thank you all enough for being a part of our story!

    Happy New Year yall!!!

    My how things change in just 1 year!!! We are so grateful to see the hand of the Lord as clearly as we have during this year! We are so blessed to have each of y’all cheering us on in more ways than one!!! We’re almost done with the adoption process. We’re just waiting on our court date!

    Isabel Elena had the most amazing Christmas!!! As did we- purely magical! We can express just how grateful we are for every one of you.

    Happy faithful Friday friends & family! It is official- the grace period is OVER! Isabel Elena Whitaker is forever OUR girl!!! We are thriving & soaking her up!!! I won’t be sharing pictures of her on social media. But I will share if you email, DM or text.
