"Adoption is not for the faint of heart."

That is what one friend told us with a giant smile across her face after we asked for adoption advice. I suspect she's right. Unfortunately, left to ourselves, we are faint of heart. We're not superheroes. But with the strength God supplies and the support of our friends we hope to have enough courage, stamina, and gumption to see this through. The family God has formed us into is an incredible blessing. We want to use the gift that is our family to help others in need. Through Christ, we have received the gift of adoption, becoming children of God. We want to give out that same sort of love which we have already received.
